The Civic Center Music Hall respects your right to privacy and wants you to fully understand your rights to control personal information. The Civic Center Music Hall, by and through the Oklahoma City Public Property Authority (OCPPA), a public trust which operates the Civic Center Music Hall, is subject to the privacy policies. The policies are in conformance with State privacy laws. In addition, the Civic Center Music Hall does not sell names, addresses, telephone numbers or credit card information of consumers.
The intent of this Privacy Statement is to inform users of our internet site, www.okcciviccenter.com and our e-commerce ticketing site, eVenue, on how the sites collect, store, and use personal information.
Collection of Information
No software or hardware techniques are employed to capture a visitor’s e-mail address without their knowledge. Certain applications on our websites may require users to register or to provide personal information in order to make a commerce transaction, to enter a contest, or to subscribe to special offers such as the pre-sale of tickets. Such personal information may be shared with third party organizations (these third parties may include, but not be limited to Civic Center’s ticketing company vendor) to provide a service to you. To better enable us to service our patrons, our website may be used as a survey tool to request demographic information.
