Sign in to your account from your smartphone and download your tickets to your smartphone's wallet for safekeeping, easy retrieval and quick entry at your event. Follow the steps below or watch our short video.

1. Log in to your account from your smartphone.
2. Go to the event for the tickets you want to download. Not sure how to find your event? Learn how to manage your account here.
3. Tap on the button "Add to Apple Wallet" or "Save to G Pay"
4. Tap ADD or SAVE when presented with your ticket.
5. Your ticket is now available in your wallet. Visit the app directly to view your ticket.

Downloading your tickets directly from your email

In addition to your confirmation email, you should also receive an email containing your mobile ticket download link from

1. Open the email on your smartphone.
2. Click the name of the event you want to download. 
3. Tap on the button: "Add to Apple Wallet" or "Save to G Pay"
4. Tap ADD or SAVE when presented with your ticket. 
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 with each ticket until all tickets are downloaded.
6. Your mobile tickets are now available in your wallet. 

Mobile Wallet FAQs

What software or hardware do I need?
If you have an iPhone or an Apple Watch: use the Apple Wallet app, which comes pre-installed and works with iPhone or Apple Watch devices running iOS 6 or later.

If you have a smartphone running an Android operating system: use the Google Pay app, which is available on the Google Play Store.

You do not have to enter payment information for either app in order to view or store your tickets.

I deleted the ticket delivery email before downloading the ticket(s) to my digital wallet. How can I get them back?

If you have already set up your online account and have a smartphone, don't worry. Sign in to your online account, navigate to 'My Tickets', select your event and download your mobile tickets from there. If you do not have an account set up, reach out to our box office for assistance accessing your online account.

How do I use my mobile wallet to enter the venue?
Once you have saved your mobile tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay, open the app and tap on the ticket so it displays on your smartphone. Then hold your smartphone up to the scanner so that the barcode is visible and scan the barcode. Swipe to the next ticket and repeat until all tickets are scanned.

Can I show the confirmation email or delivery email to get in?
No, neither the confirmation email or delivery email cannot not act as your ticket. You will need to access an actual mobile ticket by clicking on the link in the email you receive or logging into your account and following the download instructions above. If you have issues accessing your tickets, contact the Civic Center Box Office during regular business hours by sending a message or calling (405) 594-8300. You can also visit the box office beginning 1 hour prior to the event time.
