OKC Tap Fest Masters & Friends Showcase

The OKC Tap Dance Festival presents "Masters and Friends Festival Performance Showcase" featuring World renown Tap Dance Artists and Hoofers who are recipients of the National Heritage Fellowship Award from the National Endowment for the Arts! Master's and Friends Showcase presented by Metropolitan School of Dance Inc. celebrates the festivals culmination of featured masters teaching artists sharing their talents and expertise on stage at the Civic Center Little Theatre This event sparks the united partnerships of both local masters and visiting master artists who also teach workshops. The 40+ workshops during the festivals is 3-day period, Fri, Sep 18 through Sun, Sep 20, 2026. This culture of tap dancing from all walks of life celebrates the many facets of ethnicities that make up the state of Oklahoma as well as visitors from surrounding states.
