Assistive Listening Devices
The Thelma Gaylord Theatre is equipped with an induction loop assistive listening system for all performances. Patrons may either set their personal hearing devices to telecoil (T-coil) mode or check out a receiver and headphones. Receivers are distributed free-of-charge on a first come, first served basis from the Reception Desk immediately to the left when entering through the Main Entrance on the East side of the building starting one hour before a performance begins. Patrons who are unsure about the compatibility of their own hearing device with the induction loop system should inquire with their audiologist.
ASL interpreters are available upon request with at least two weeks’ notice. Please contact email@example.com indicating your performance date. These requests are subject to the availability of an interpreter and are provided at the discretion of the management.
The GalaPro personal captioning system is available for select performances at the Thelma Gaylord Theatre. GalaPro provides closed captions direct to a patron’s smartphone or tablet. For more information please visit GalaPro.com or contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
