What do STARS do?
Our STARS perform multiple functions during show times.

Ticket Takers Ticket takers scan event tickets, hand out programs and provide basic information to patrons as they are welcomed inside the theatre.

Ushers Ushers work inside the theatre, helping patrons find their seats and providing assistance in emergency situations. Ushers also help enforce all theatre policies.

Concessions Stand Assistants Concession stand assistants provide concession service before each show and during intermission, selling a wide variety of snack and bottled beverage items.

What are the requirements for working?
STARS are required to work a minimum 12 hours per quarter, (approximately 3-4) hours per shift, or on average 12 shows per year.

There are no guarantees that a STAR will be able to watch the performance or event he or she is working.
