Tickets & Parking

When is T.H.E. Box Office open?
T.H.E. Box Office is open Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., and two hours prior to every show starting time.

Where can I buy single event tickets?
The Box Office is open from 9am-5pm Monday thru Friday for all walk up sales*. Tickets can be purchased over the phone, at 405.297.2264 or online on our shows page or at myticketoffice.com.

*The Box Office is located inside The Civic Center Music Hall at 201 N. Walker Ave. in Oklahoma City.

How can I purchase season tickets?
The Civic Center Music Hall Box Office does not sell season tickets, however, each of our seven resident companies offer their own season tickets. To review each of these companies and for contact information, please visit our Resident Companies page.

How do we get exclusive presale opportunities?
For certain performances, we offer an opportunity to purchase tickets before they go on sale to the general public. In order to be eligible for these opportunities, you must take part in our exclusive e-club.

*Please note that not all shows or performances are subject to presale opportunity and presales are subject to availability.*

I purchased tickets to an event, but cannot attend. Can I get a refund?
All ticket sales are final. Refunds are not offered at any ticketed event at the Civic Center Music Hall, except in the event of an artist-related cancellations. T.H.E. Box Office is not authorized to refund or exchange tickets under any circumstance.

Do you offer a waitlist when shows are sold out?

Unfortunately the Civic Center Music Hall has a firm no refunds or exchanges policy. Therefore, we do not offer a waitlist.

Can we donate to the Civic Center Music Hall during our ticket transaction? If not, where can we donate?
Currently, we do not support donations through the ticketing software, however, if you would like to donate to the Civic Center Music Hall Foundation, please visit our Foundation page.

What are the average run times on shows?
The run time on a show typically depends on the type of the performance. However, as a general guideline you can anticipate anywhere from 1 1/2 to 3 hours.

Do you sell Advanced Parking? 
When purchasing from T.H.E. Box Office, you have a unique opportunity to purchase reserved parking for select events. Each parking is $8. Our premier parking is located on the South Side of the Civic Center Music Hall, on Colcord Ave. For more information and other parking locations, please visit our Parking page.

Which levels are ADA Accessible seats sold on?
Accessible seating is available in all theatres for patrons not able to transfer out of a wheelchair or who have other seating needs. These locations are on a first come first serve basis; however, we have multiple options available. 

Thelma Gaylord Performing Arts Theatre:
Accessible seating in the Thelma Gaylord Performing Arts Theatre are located on the Orchestra, Grand Tier, Mezzanine, and Balcony levels.

Freede Little Theatre:
Accessible seating in the Freede Little Theatre is located in the Orchestra level.

City Space Theatre:
City Space Theatre accessible seating is located in the House Right Section, in the front row.

My child can sit in my lap, do I still need a ticket? 
Yes. All patrons, regardless of age, are required to have a ticket to all ticketed events, including children on laps. Ticketing for infants may vary for specific children and family performances. From time to time, a performance group may restrict the age at which chidlren can attend. Please make certain to ask your Box Office representative at time of purchase if there is an age restriction for a particular show or event. Parents/Guardians are also advised to select age-appropriate performances for their children. Refunds cannot be issued.

What happens if I come on the wrong night?
From time to time, the individual performance group may be able to assist you with ticket exchanges for certain performances. Any exchange of tickets must be made through the individual performance group and not T.H.E. Box Office.

I would like to get tickets donated to a special event/fundraiser.
A limited number of tickets to select events are available for donation purposes. Please see our Ticket Donation Request page for information on our donation policy.

Where can the Civic Center Music Hall be found on social media?
The Civic Center Music Hall utilizes social media to interact with our patrons and to distribute information effectively and easily. You can find us on Facebook, Twitter (@okcciviccenter), Instagram (@okcciviccenter).

Does the Civic Center Music Hall have elevator access? Where are they located?
There are three elevators for use inside the Civic Center Music Hall. The main elevator, located within the Thelma Gaylord Lobby has direct access to all levels of the Thelma Gaylord Performing Arts Theatre. The second elevator is located within an alcove on the North Side of the Main Lobby of the Civic Center Music Hall. This elevator is used for access to Meinder's Hall of Mirrors, as well as administrative offices. Finally, located in the South Side of the Thelma Gaylord Lobby, there is an elevator that gives direct access to the Vinita Cravens Donor Lounge and the Pit Section of the theatre.

How do we get to the Freede Little Theatre?
Freede Little Theatre is located within the North Lobby of the Civic Center Music Hall. It can be accessed from the North Stairs, just off of Couch Dr. Wheelchair accessible acces can be found on the Main East Side of the building.

How do we get to the City Space Theatre?
City Space Theatre is located within the basement of the Civic Center Music Hall. To get to the theatre, take the main staircase on the North Side of the Main lobby, through the double doors, and to your left. You can also utilize the elevator located within the alcove, just west of the main staircase.

Where is the Joel Levine Rehearsal Hall located?
The Joel Levine Rehearsal Hall is located on the South Side of the Mezzanine Level. To access the Joel Levine, use the main elevator located within the Thelma Gaylord Performing Arts Theatre lobby.

Where is the Meinder's Hall of Mirrors located?
The Meinder's Hall of Mirrors is located on the Second Floors, just above the East Main lobby. For access, use the main staircase located at the North End of the Main lobby, or take the elevator to the Grand Tier level.

Where can I find out more information about having a wedding and reception at the Civic Center Music Hall?
Visit our Weddings of Elegance page to view photos from receptions and to look at a tentative calendar. If you have any questions or would like to book the Meinder's Hall of Mirrors, please contact our events department at 405.297.1577.

Restrooms are located on which levels within the main hall?
Restrooms in the Thelma Gaylord Performing Arts Theatre are located on levels 1-4. The restrooms are located on the North and South Sides of the floors. On the orchestra level, the women's restroom is located just across from the main lobby and the men's restroom is located in the alcove across from the elevator.

What should I wear to a Civic Center event?
While the Civic Center does not have a formal dress code policy, we are happy to provide the following guidelines:

Thelma Gaylord Performing Arts Theatre / Evening:
Gentlemen: Business attire (suit & tie, dress slacks, button-down shirt, sportcoat)
Ladies: Dresses or business suits, dress slacks

Thelma Gaylord Performing Arts Theatre / Matinee:
Gentlemen: Casual slack and polo or golf-style shirts
Ladies: Casual dresses, slacks

Freede Little Theatre / City Space Theatre:
Jeans, casual pants and shirts, "business causal"

Do you offer hearing or sound amplifying devices? 
We carry a select number of hearing devices that are available for you to use. On the night of hte event, please see our event receptionist located in the Guest Relations office on the south side of the main lobby, to pick up a pair. Please note that we ask that you leave picture ID in exchange for amenities.

Does the Civic Center Music Hall offer a Coat Check service? 
The CCMH's Coat Check availability depends on the event being held. Select shows offer a free service, while other shows will charge a small fee. Coat check is located in the alcove across from the main elevators within the Thelma Gaylord Lobby. For more information, please call us directly at 405.297.2264.

I'm bringing my child to a show, and I'm afraid the sighline will not be ideal. Do you offer booster seats?
We have a select number of booster seats available, on a first come first serve basis. You can pick one up from the event receptionist in the Guest Relations office on the south side of the main lobby. Please note that we ask that you leave a picture ID in exchange for amenities. 

Does the Civic Center Music Hall allow outside food and beverage?
The Civic Center Music Hall does not allow outside food and beverage. However, we have a variety of options to satisfy your needs. These include:

Rich Bean's Cafe is a full service coffee shop featuring wraps, pastries, and much more, located on the North side of the main lobby.

CCMH Concessions offers three stands located on the orchestra and balcony levels of the Thelma Gaylord Performing Arts Theatre. We also offer three full cash bars located in the main lobby and Thelma Gaylord lobby.

Does the Civic Center Music Hall allow cameras or recording devices?
The Civic Center Music Hall has a strict no camera or recording devices policy. This is true for all shows held within the Civic Center, unless otherwise specified by the promoter in advance.

I would like an autograph/would like to meet the artist?
The Civic Center Music Hall, as the rental facility, is not in a position to contact or interfere with artist or artist management regarding autographs or special meet and greet requests. From time to time, artist management may arrange a special meet and greet for fan club members or other select audience members. These events take place at the sole discretion of the artist/artist management and are not arranged by facility staff.
