Ticket Donation Request

As the performance home to multiple local non-profit organizations, the Civic Center Music Hall recognizes the importance of charitable giving as part of our commitment to the community.

We do this via the in-kind donation of tickets for select resident artist performances to local fundraising and charitable events. Because of the number of requests received, we limit our giving at this time to those organizations which directly support arts education and/or education programming.

Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Up to two tickets are available to each requesting agency annually. Tickets are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, based upon availability.*

To make your request, please provide the following:

Ticket request letter noting date, time and purpose of fundraising event or activity;
Mission and purpose of organization;
501 (c)(3) or other tax-designation document.

All requests MUST BE MADE IN WRITING (no email requests accepted).
