In keeping with the guidelines of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Civic Center Music Hall is committed to providing exceptional service to all our patrons in an equitable and fair manner. Amenities available for patrons with disabilities include the following:

Wheelchair Ramps and Entry  Wheelchair ramps for ease of access into the Civic Center are located on the north and south sides of the building. The ramps start on the sidewalk and lead up to the main entry doors on the front. A power door opener is located on the north end of the main entry way doors.

Accessible Seating Seating is available in all theatres for patrons not able to transfer out of wheelchairs or who have other seating needs. Tickets for accessible seating are available in person at T.H.E. Box Office, by phone and by internet. If you require special sightline accommodations, it is recommended you speak with a box office representative either in person or on the phone so we can best facilitate your request.

Restrooms All public restrooms in the Civic Center Music Hall are accessible to people with disabilities. Restrooms are available on both sides of each level of the main performance hall, adjecent to the north lobby, and on the Grand Tier level near the Meinders Hall of Mirrors.

Deaf and Hearing Impaired Services

The Civic Center Music Hall is pleased to provide certain accommodations for patrons who are Deaf or hearing impaired.

Interpreted performances Signed performances for the Deaf and hearing impaired are available for select events. While not guaranteed, with sufficient notice, a sign language interpreter may be made available at the request of the patron. Requests must be made directly to the performing arts group or resident company presenting the show. Please contact T.H.E. Box Office at 405.297.2264, or visit our Resident Companies page for information on how you can contact the individual performance groups. 

Please inform your ticket seller at time of purchase if you will need special seating for sign language interpretation.

Assistive Listening Devices 
A select number of Assistive Listening Devices (ALDs) are available for loan FREE of charge to patrons. The ALDs are available in the Guest Relations office, located in the south end of the main entrance lobby.
