Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. and two hours before every show start time. For security purposes, only the front doors of the Civic Center Music Hall (east side) are open during weekdays.
FREE short-term parking is available on Couch and Colcord Drives (north and south side of the building) for ticket purchases.

CHILDREN and AGE RESTRICTIONS:
All patrons, regardless of age, are required to have a ticket to all ticketed events, including children on laps. Ticketing for infants may vary for specific children and family performances. From time to time, a performance group may restrict the age at which children can attend. Please make certain to ask your box office representative at time of purchase if there is an age restriction for a particular show or event. Parents/Guardians are also advised to select age-appropriate performances for their children. Performance groups make every attempt necessary to notify audiences in advance of adult-themed shows. Refunds cannot be issued.
Pricing for all shows is determined by the resident artist company or production group. T.H.E. Box Office is not responsible for any pricing schedules, and is not authorized to offer discounts for any reason. For information on group or other discount offerings, please contact the individual Resident Company.
REFUNDS / EXCHANGES:
All sales made through T.H.E. Box Office are final. Refunds or exchanges will not be given except under the express direction of the promoter or production group due to a show cancellation. In such a case, ticket buyers will be notified of any cancellation and offered a refund or exchange. Please check the date and time of your tickets at time of purchase.
FOR PATRONS WITH DISABILITIES:
Accessible seating is available in all theatres for patrons not able to transfer out of wheelchairs, or with other mobility needs. Tickets for accessible seating are available via phone purchase only. Please contact T.H.E. Box Office at 405.297.2264 to discuss accessible seating needs.
